RU-243-70 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having stipulated, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the unit appropriate for collective bargaining consists of: Assistant Caseworker, Human Resources Technician (Manpower Development and Training), Senior Human Resources Technician (Manpower Development and Training), Human Resources Specialist (Manpower Development and Training), and Senior Human Resources Specialist (manpower Development and Training) together with the non-supervisory social service and related titles presently covered by Certification No.18-71; and An agreement for determination of representative by check-off having been executed by the parties hereto; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in said unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and its affiliated locals, by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization;

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 18-71 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the titles of Assistant Caseworker, Human Resources Technician (Manpower Development and Training), Senior Human Resources Technician (manpower Development and Training), Human Resources Specialist (Manpower Development and Training), and Senior Human Resources Specialist (Manpower Development and Training).
