RU-233-70 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK -and-THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCE ----------------------------------------X 0 R D E R The attorney's for the respective parties in each of the above captioned cases having stipulated (with the approval of the parties), that the employees assigned as Law Secretaries to Justices of the Supreme and Surrogates' Court in the City of New York, and as Law Secretaries to Judges of New York City Civil Court, acknowledge their confidential and/or managerial status and, further that the respective petitions heretofore filed in each of the above cases be withdrawn on condition that the City place such employees in the City's Managerial or Executive Pay Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, upon consideration of the aforementioned stipulations and pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certitication by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is
DECISION NO. 21-71 DOCKET NOS. RU-215-70 RU-233-70 2. ORDERED, that the respective petitions heretofore filed in cases RU-215-70 and RU-233-70 be, and the same hereby are, withdrawn and the proceedings discontinued; and it is further ORDERED, that the withdrawal of each of the aforesaid petitions is conditioned upon the City's placing of the employees involved in the City's Managerial or Executive Pay Plan.
