RU-150-69 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE A self-determination election having been conducted in the above matter on March 3, 1971, pursuant to the Direction of Election herein (Decision No.98-70, as amended by Decision No.7-71), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Supervising Electrical Inspectors, Principal Electrical, Inspectors, Supervising Fire Alarm Dispatchers, Chief Fire Alarm Dispatchers, Senior Inspectors of Fire Alarm Boxes, and employees in restored Rule X titles serving in, positions equated thereto, casting valid ballots in said election, have voted in favor of inclusion in a combined collective bargaining unit of supervisory and non-supervisory Career and Salary Plan and restored Rule X employees; and No objections having been filed, by the parties within the time provided therefor,

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to, the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED that Local Union No.3, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Supervising Electrical Inspectors, Principal Electrical Inspectors, Supervising Fire Alarm Dispatchers, Chief Fire Alarm Dispatchers, Senior Inspectors of Fire Alarm Boxes, Electrical Inspectors, Senior Electrical Inspectors, Fire Alarm Dispatchers, Inspectors of Fire Alarm Boxes, and employees in restored Rule X titles serving in positions equated thereto, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any.
