NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED that Local Union No..3, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Foremen of Mechanics, Foremen Cable Splicers, Foremen Linemen, Foremen Electricians, Stationary Engineers Electric), Senior Stationary Engineers (Electric), Stationary Engineers (Electric Pumping Station), Senior Stationary Engineers (Electric Pumping Station), Armature Winders, Cable Splicers, Cable Splicer's Helpers, Linemen, Lineman's Helpers, Electricians, Electricians (Airport), Electricians (Powerhouse), Electricians (X-Ray), and Electrician's Helpers employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any.
