The hearing then was adjourned sine die. The New York City Society of Urban Renewal Coordinators filed a brief.
Decision No. 12-71 Docket No. RU-161-70, etc. 2. The proceedings pose for determination the following questions, among others: (1) The placement for unit purposes of the supervisory and non-supervisory titles in the Project Development Coordinator Occupational Group, the Project Services Specialist Occupational Group, the Community Organization (Urban Renewal) Occupational Group, the Area Services Coordinator Occupational Group, and the Project Coordinator Occupational Group; and,(2) Whether any of the employees in the aforementioned groups should be excluded from certification because they are managerial executives. The Board has concluded, upon the basis of the record and its own investigation, that the hearing herein should be reopened for the presentation of evidence in respect of the following matters: (1) the functions and duties of the titles in each of the Occupational Groups referred to above; including those of Chief Project Services Specialist, Chief Project Development Coordinator, and Chief Community Organization Specialist (Urban Renewal); and (2) the functions and duties of employees in any other closely related titles.
Decision No. 12-71 Docket No. RU-161-70, etc. 3. 0 R D E R Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that the hearing in the above matters be and the same hereby is reopened and scheduled for continuance on Wednesday, March 10, 1971, at the Boards Office, 250 Broadway, New York City, at 10 oclock, in the forenoon of that day.
