RU-226-70 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - — - — - - — - - - - - X CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The parties herein having agreed that Principal Fingerprint Technicians, Senior Fingerprint Technicians, Fingerprint Technicians, and Fingerprint Technician Trainees constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining; and the Principal Fingerprint Technician, the only supervisory employee here concerned, having submitted an affidavit electing to be represented in a combined unit of supervisory and non-supervisory employees; And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that the stipulated unit is appropriate for purposes of collective bargaining, and that a majority of the employees in the unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by Civil Service Forum, Local 300, S.E.I.U., AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization;

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that Civil Service Forum, Local 300, S.E.I.U., AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Principal Fingerprint Technicians, Senior Fingerprint Technicians, Fingerprint Technicians, Fingerprint Technician Trainees, and employees in restored Rule X titles serving in positions equated thereto, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification.
