Upon investigation, the Board is satisfied that the titles of Psychologist, Senior Psychologist and Chief Psychologist, covered by Certification No. 28-78 (as amended), were change to the title(s) Psychologist, Assignment Levels I, II and III in September 1998. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law- New York City Administrative Code, Chapter 3, ยงยง12-301 et seq., it is hereby
