Notice of this petition was provided to the public and all interested parties, and no objections were filed to this request. Upon investigation, the Board is satisfied that the title of Senior Purchase Inspector was deleted from the Corporate Plan of Titles in December 1999, and therefore it should be eliminated from Certification No. 8-85 (as amended). NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law- New York City Administrative Code, Chapter 3, ยงยง12-301 et seq., it is hereby
