Notice of this petition was provided to the public and all interested parties, and no objections were filed to this request. Upon investigation, the Board is satisfied that the titles of Assistant Purchasing Agent and Purchasing Agent - Levels I, II and III covered by Certification No. 8-85 (as amended), were consolidated into the titles of Procurement Analyst- Levels I, II and III effective January 21, 2001. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law- New York City Administrative Code, Chapter 3, ยงยง12-301 et seq., it is hereby
