The ballots were counted on June 28, 2000 with representatives of each party present. The Report Upon Secret Ballot demonstrates that a majority of the employees in the title casting valid ballots in the election selected the Organization of Staff Analysts as their representative for collective bargaining. Accordingly, the unit certified in Decision No. 3-88 (as amended) shall be further amended to reflect the addition of the title Supervising Systems Analyst. ORDER
