The Report Upon Secret Ballot demonstrates that a majority of the employees in the unit found appropriate herein 1 casting valid ballots in the election, voted against continued representation by Local 237, IBT, AFL-CIO and its affiliate The Civil Service Bar Association. Accordingly, the unit certified in CWR 44/67 shall be amended to reflect the removal of the title Hearing Officer(Per Session) (ie, the union is no longer certified as the collective bargaining representative of the title Hearing Officer (Per Session)). of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification CWR 44/67 is amended to reflect the removal of the title Hearing Officer (Per Session) pursuant to an election held among employees in that title.
