The respondent's position offered no objections. Upon investigation, the Board is satisfied it should grant the motion to amend Certification No. 4876 (as amended), covering Plumber and related titles. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 48-76 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to reflect the consolidation of Plumbers Union Local Nos. 1, 2, and 371 U.A. into Plumbers Union Local No. One, U.A., AFL-CIO subject to existing contracts, if any.
