RU-233-70 -and-THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF THE JUDICIAL CONFERENCE DECISION AND ORDER The City of New York having moved for a hearing on the issues in Case No. RU-215-70, and it appearing that issues of fact exist concerning, among other matters, the appropriate bargaining unit or units and the alleged managerial and/or confidential nature of the titles involved, and it further appearing that the issues involved in Cases Nos. RU-215-70 and RU-233-70 are similar and overlap. Now, upon consideration of the papers submitted in support of said motion and in opposition thereto, it is hereby: ORDERED, that the motion of the City of New York for a hearing in Case No. RU-215-70 be, and the same hereby is, granted; and it is further
DECISION NO. 91-70 DOCKET NOS. RU-215-70, RU-233-70 2 ORDERED, that Cases Nos. RU-215-70 and RU-233-70 be, and they hereby are, consolidated for purposes of hearing; and it is further ORDERED, that a hearing on the petitions in said cases be held on Tuesday, December 29, 1970, at the Board's Offices, 250 Broadway, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon of that day.
