RU-84-68 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION Decedent Property Agents having demonstrated their desire to be represented by Local 1070, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization, and the parties hereto having agreed that said employees should become part of a unit for which the Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (Decision No.76-68), presently consisting of Rule XI Investigators and employees in restored Rule X titles serving in positions equated thereto; NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby, 0 R D E R E D, that Certification 76-68 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Decedent Property Agent.
