RU-186-70 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - — - X CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter on November 19, 1970, pursuant to the Decision and Direction of Election herein (Decision No.78-70), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Assistant Television Cameramen, Television Cameramen, Television Lighting Technicians, and Film Editors voted in favor of representation by Moving Picture Machine Operators Union, Local 306, I.A.T.S.E., AFL-CIO; and no objections having been filed by any of the parties within the time provided therefor; And the parties having further stipulated, subject to the approval of the Board, that said employees and the vacant title of Motion Picture Operator may be added to Certificate CWR-30/67, presently held by said Union, and covering the title of Audio-Visual Aid Technician; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
