RU-155-70 RU-156-70 LOCAL 15, I.U.O.E., AFL-CIO RU-160-70 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The parties herein having agreed that Steam Roller Engineers, Asphalt Steam Roller Engineers, Gasoline Roller Engineers, Crane Enginemen (including specialties), Captains (Engineer), Pile Driving Engineers, and Pile Driving Firemen constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining; And the unions having filed with the Board duly authenticated photostatic copies of the dues payment records of employees in said bargaining unit; And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in said bargaining unit currently are dues-paying members of said unions; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
