RU-214-70 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ------------------------- - - - --X DECISION AND ORDER Allied Building Inspectors, Local Union No. 211, I.U.O.E., AFL-CIO, herein called Petitioner, filed an application to transfer to Petitioner two certifications previously issued to Association of Building Inspectors as collective bargaining representative of (a) various supervisory titles in the Building and Construction Inspection and the Public Health and Safety Inspectional Occupational Groups, and their Rule X equivalents (Decision No.34-69); and (b) various non-supervisory titles in the same Groups and their Rule X equivalents (Decision No.21-70). It appears, from our investigation, that the affiliation of Association of Building inspectors with Petitioner was duly approved at a meeting of the in membership of that union, and the affiliation has been completed. Accordingly, the application to transfer the certifications will be granted.
DECISION NO, 72-70 DOCKET NO, RU-214-70 2. 0 R D E R Pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that the application to transfer to Allied Building Inspectors, Local Union No. 211, International Union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO, Certifications 34-69 and 21-70 be, and the same hereby is, granted; and it is further ORDERED, that Certifications 34-69 and 21-70 be, and the same hereby are, amended by substituting "Allied Building Inspectors, Local Union No. 211, International Union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO" for "Association of Building Inspectors" in said certifications.
