RU-118-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The parties herein having agreed that Sheet Metal Workers constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining; And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that a majority of the employees in the unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by New York City Local 246, SEIU, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that New York City Local 246, SEIU, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Sheet Metal Workers employed by the City of New York.
