RU-136-69 STATE OF NEW YORK -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION A self-determination election having been conducted in the above matter on September 10, 1970, pursuant to the agreement for consent election herein, and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Chief Court Reporters and Chief Court Stenographers casting valid ballots in said election have voted in favor of inclusion in the previously certified collective bargaining unit of Court Reporters 11 (8 NYCDL No.48), and no objection having been filed within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
