RU-80-68 -and- RU-82-68 DETECTIVE INVESTIGATORS BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED EMPLOYERS CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE On December 16, 1969, a self-determination election was conducted, pursuant to Decision No. 60-69, in which a majority of the Senior Detective Investigators, Senior Rackets Investigators, Supervising Rackets Investigators, and Chief County Detectives voted in favor of a combined collective bargaining unit with Detective Investigators, Rackets Investigators, and County Detectives, Thereafter, on June 25, 1970, pursuant to Decision No. 13-70, a representation election was conducted among the employees in the aforesaid combined collective bargaining unit, in which a majority of the eligible employees casting valid ballots voted in favor of representation by City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T. No objections to said representation election have been filed, and the time provided therefor has expired. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
