RU-113-069 AFSCME, AFL-CIO -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK ORDER AMENDING CERITTFICATION Principal Air Pollution Inspectors and those employees in restored Rule X titles serving in positions equated thereto, having demonstrated their desire to be represented by Local 375, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization, and the parties hereto having agreed that said employees should become part of a unit for which the Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (2 NYCDL No.35), presently consisting of Supervising Air Pollution Inspectors, NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 0 R D E R E D, that Certification 2 NYCDL No.35 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Principal Air Pollution Inspector and those employees in restored Rule X titles serving in positions equated thereto.
