RU-167-70 PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed that the title of Research Assistant (Behavioral Sciences) should be added to the unit covered by Certification CWR-66/67 (as previously amended), the cited Certificate being presently held by the Union; And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in the combined unit consisting of those covered by Certification CWR-66/67 (as previously amended) and Research Assistants (Behavioral Sciences) have authorized dues check-off in behalf of Petitioner; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
