RU-115-69 STATE OF NEW YORK -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The parties herein having agreed that Law Stenographers constitute a unit appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining; And it appearing to the satisfaction oi the Board of Certification that a majority of the employees in the unit have demonstrated their desire to be represented by Supreme and Surrogate’s Court Law Stenographers Association, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that Supreme and Surrogate’s Court Law Stenographers Association is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Law Stenographers employed by the City of New York and the Judicial Conference within the City of New York.
