RU-140-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS 0 R D E R A self-determination election having been conducted in the above matter on June 10, 1970, pursuant to the agreement for consent election herein, and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Senior Toll Collectors (Markets) and Supervising Parking Meter Collectors casting valid ballots in said election have voted in favor of inclusion in the previously certified collective bargaining unit of Toll Collectors (Markets) and Supervising Parking Meter Collectors (Decision No. 52-68), and no objection having been filed within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 0 R D E R E D, that Certification No. 52-68 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the titles of Senior Toll Collector (Markets) and Supervising Parking Meter Collector.
