RD-11-70 THE CIT OF NEW YORK AND THE OFFICES OF THE BOROUGH PRESIDENTS OF MANHATTAN, BROOKLYN, AND QUEENS ORDER TERMINATING CERTIFICATION The Board of Certification, by notice dated March 27, 1970, having directed the parties hereto to show cause why departmental certifications Nos. 4 NYCDL 53, 4 NYCDL 55, 4 NYCDL 59, 4 NYCDL 64, and 4 NYCDL 75, should not be terminated; And said notice having been duly served upon the parties and published in the City Record on April 2, 1970; And no papers in opposition having been filed by either party, and the time to do so having expired; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 0 R D E R E D , that Certification Nos. 4 NYCDL 53, 4 NYCDL 55, 4 NYCDL 59, 4 NYCDL 64, and 4 NYCDL 75 be, and the same hereby are, terminated.
