OF BOILERMAKERS, IRON SHIP BUILDERS, BLACKSMITHS, FORGERS & HELPERS, LODGE NO. 5, DECISION NO. 28-70 AFL-CIO -and-CASE NO RB-5-70 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ORDER TERMINATING CERTIFICATION The Board of Certification, by notice dated March 27, 1970, having directed the parties hereto to show cause why departmental certifications Nos. 6 NYCDL 39, 8 NYCDL 148, 8 NYCDL 149, and 8 NYCDL 150 should not be terminated; And said notice having been duly served upon the parties and published in the City Record on April 2, 1970; And no papers in opposition having been filed by either party, and the time to do so having expired; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 0 R D E R E D , that Certification Nos. 6 NYCDL 39, 8 NYCDL 148, 8 NYCDL, 149, and 8 NYCDL 150 be, and the same hereby are, terminated.
