RU-146-69 THE BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter on April 30, 1970, pursuant to an agreement for consent election; and It appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot, that a majority of the College Assistants casting valid ballots in the election voted in favor of representation by Petitioner; and No objections having been filed within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby: CERTIFIED, that District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, having been designated and selected as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining by a majority of the employees casting valid ballots in the election, said District
