RU-165-70 NEW YORK STATE NURSES ASSOCIATION, Intervener -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS CERTIFICATION An election having been conducted in the above matter on April 16, 1970, pursuant to the Direction of Election herein (Decision No.10-70), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Head Nurses, Supervisors of Nurses, and those Assistant Superintendents of Nurses whose sole responsibility is the performance of instructional duties in a school of nursing in the Department of Hospitals, casting, valid ballots in said election have voted for representation by Intervener, and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby

CERTIFIED, that New York State Nurses Association is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Head Nurses, Supervisors of Nurses, and those Assistant Superintendents of Nurses whose sole responsibility is the performance of instructional duties in a school of nursing in the Department of Hospitals, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification.
