RU-1093-91 --------------------------------- X CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter, pursuant to the City's objection under Section 12-309b.(l) of the New York City Collective Bargaining Law and Decision No. 11 -95, and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of employees in the title Warden (Correction) Level 11 casting a ballot in said election have voted for representation by the Assistant Deputy Wardens Association in a combined unit with employees in the title Warden (Correction) Level 1; and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor; And Decision No. 11-95 having further provided that, in the event of such a vote the title Warden (Correction) Level 11 should be added to the Assistant Deputy Wardens Association's Certification CWR 65-67 (as amended); NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
Decision No. 21-95 Docket No. RU-1093-91 2 ORDERED that Certification CWR 65-67 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title Warden (Correction) Level 11 subject to existing contracts, if any.
