RU-1168-94 AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION District Council 37, AFSCME having filed a petition seeking to add the titles Respiratory Therapy Technician, Level I and II; and Respiratory Therapy Aide to a certificate jointly held by DC 37 AFSCME, L.144 SEIU and L. 237 IBT; and the respondent having offered no objections, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 62D-78 (as amended), covering various hospital technician titles; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 62D-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Respiratory Therapy Technician, Level I and II and Respiratory Therapy Aide, subject to existing contracts, if any.
