RU-1156-93 THE CITY OF NEW YORK and RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Housing Stock Worker and Supervisor of Housing Stock Workers should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 62A-75, (as amended) covering various public housing titles, including Housing Stock Handler and Housing Storekeeper; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 62A-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is amended to include the titles of Housing Stock Worker and Supervisor of Housing Stock Workers, subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is further
Decision No. 28-93 2 Docket No. RU-1156-93 ORDERED that the titles Housing Supply Handler, Housing Stock Handler, Housing Storekeeper, Senior Housing Storekeeper, and Principal Housing Storekeeper be deleted from the cited Certification when they become vacant.
