RU-1074-90 Intervenors, -and-CITY OF NEW YORK, Employer. ---------------------------------- x Certification of Representative An election having been conducted in the above matter on November 4, 1993, pursuant to the Direction of Election herein (Decision No. 16-93), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of Forensic Analysts casting a valid ballot in said election have voted for representation by Local 375, DC 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO; and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor; And Decision No. 16-93 having further provided that, in the event of such a vote Forensic Analysts should be added to Local 375's Certification No. 26-78 (as amended), covering various engineering and scientific titles;
Decision No. 2 Docket No. RU-1074-90 NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 26-78 (as amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Forensic Analyst, subject to existing contracts, if any.
