RU-1046-89 DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, and LOCAL 237, IBT, AFL-CIO, Intervenors, -and-NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, Employer. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x Certification of Representative Elections having been conducted in the above matters on February 15, 1991, pursuant to the Direction of Election herein (Decision No. 11-90), and it appearing from the Reports Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of Parking Control Specialists and Associate Parking Control Specialists casting valid ballots in said elections have voted for representation by Local 237, International Brotherhood of Teamsters,
Decision No. 3-91 2 Docket Nos. RU-1045-89 & RU-1046-89 AFL-CIO; and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor; And Decision No. 11-90 having further provided that, in the event of such a vote, the Parking Control Specialists and Associate Parking Control Specialists should be added to Local 237's Certification No. 67-78 (as amended), a mixed unit of supervisory and nonsupervisory employees covering various stock, custodial, inspectional, maintenance, skilled crafts, and related titles. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 67-78 (as amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Parking Control Specialist and Associate Parking Control Specialist, subject to existing contracts, if any.
