RU-1026-89 RU-1028-89 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ------------------------------ x DECISION AND ORDER On January 3 and January 23, 1989, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO filed two petitions seeking, respectively, to add the titles Field Investigation Specialist (Law Department), Personnel Investigator and Associate Personnel Investigator to Certification No. 37-78 (as amended), covering various social service, investigative, and related titles. No objections or interventions have been received, and the Office of Municipal Labor Relations has not replied to several requests for its position in this case. Our investigation shows that the petitioned-for employees share a community of interest with those covered by Certification No. 37-78 (as amended) and that accretion is appropriate. Accordingly, we shall grant the petitions. ORDER NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
