RE-166-89 are Managerial and/or Confidential pursuant to Section 2.20 of the Revised Consolidated Rules of the Office of Collective Bargaining. ------------------------------------ x DETERMINATION AND ORDER On January 17, 1989, the City of New York, by its Office of Municipal Labor Relations, filed a petition pursuant to Section 2.20 of the Revised Consolidated Rules of the Office of Collective Bargaining ("Rules"), requesting that the Board of Certification designate the employees in the title of Director of Field Operations (Child Protective Services) 1 managerial and/or confidential. Pursuant to Section 2.8 of the Rules, notice of the filing of the City's petition was posted on the Board's public docket, published in the City Record, and posted for a minimum of ten days in relevant work locations of the Department of Social Services, where the Directors of Field 1 Not previously represented for purposes of collective bargaining.
DECISION NO. 4-89 2 DOCKET NO. RE-166-89 Operations (Child Protective Services) are employed. No objections or interventions have been received, 2 and it appears to the Board that these employees perform managerial and/or confidential duties. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Directors of Field Operations (Child Protective Services) be, and they hereby are, designated managerial and/or confidential employees.
