RU-1025-88 - and THE CITY OF NEW YORK -------------------------------------- x DECISION AND ORDER On November 25, 1988, District Council 37, AFSCME, filed a motion, pursuant to Section 2.19 of the Revised Consolidated Rules of the Office of Collective Bargaining, requesting that the new title of Associate Staff Speech Pathologist be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 28-78 (as amended). No objections or interventions have been received, and the Office of Municipal Labor Relations has taken no position in this case. This request results from an order recently promulgated * by the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation ("HHC"), which reclassified the Staff Speech Pathologists * Personnel Order HHC-088/19.
DECISION NO. 2-89 2 DOCKET NO. RU-1025-88 of the Corporation to Associate Staff Speech Pathologists. (The former title continues to exist in other agencies under the Board's jurisdiction.) ORDER NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 28-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Associate Staff Speech Pathologist, subject to existing contracts, if any.
