RU-1038-89 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ----------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATIONS The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of City Parking Meter Service Worker should be transferred from Certification No. 46C-75 (as amended), covering various clerical and related titles; to Certification No. 38B-78 (as amended), covering various non-supervisory custodial, maintenance, and related titles, including Traffic Device Maintainer; both of the cited Certifications being held by District Council 37. Our investigation further shows that in Decision No. 12-86 we said that the title Parking Meter Collector should be deleted when vacant. The said title is now vacant and, accordingly, will be deleted from Certification No. 46C-75. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46C-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the title of City Parking Meter Service Worker;
Decision No. 18-89 2 Docket No. RU-1038-89 ORDERED that Certification No. 38B-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title City Parking Meter Service Worker, subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is further ORDERED that the title Parking Meter Collector be deleted from Certification No. 46C-75.
