These requests result from reclassifications recently promulgated * by the New York City Health and Hospitals Cor-* Personnel Orders HHC-087/27, HHC-088/10, and HHC-088/11.

The Office of Municipal Labor Relations, representing HHC, states that it "does not oppose the ... accretion of [these titles] to...Certification No. 28-78 (as amended)" but does not take any position on the deletion of the "old titles". Our investigation shows that the "old titles" were deleted only in respect to HHC employees and that they continue to be valid titles, with incumbents, in other agencies under the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification. Accordingly, we shall not delete the "old titles" from the pertinent Certification but only add the new titles thereto. ORDER NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 28-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Activity Therapist, Senior Activity Therapist, Supervising Activity Therapist, Senior Associate Occupational Therapist, and Senior Associate Physical Therapist, subject to existing contracts, if any.
