RU-994-87 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ------------------------------------ x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new title of Service Inspector (Department of Transportation) should be substituted for the obsolete title of Service Inspector (Project Scorecard) in Certification No. 10-77 (as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 10-77 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by substituting the title of Service Inspector (Department of Transportation) for that of Service Inspector (Project Scorecard), subject to existing contracts, if any.
