RU-990-87 THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Third Mate (DEP) and Third Assistant Marine Engineer (Diesel-DEP) should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 6-76 (as amended by Decision No. 50-82), covering various marine employees of the Department of Environmental Protection; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 6-76 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Third Mate (DEP) and Third Assistant Marine Engineer (Diesel-DEP), subject to existing contracts, if any.
