RU-134-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATIONS An agreement for determination of representative by check-off having been executed by the parties herein, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that a majority of the Human Resources Aides, Human Resources Technicians, Senior Human Resources Technicians, Human Resources Specialist Trainees, Human Resources Specialists, and Senior Human Resources Specialists, employed by the City of New York have demonstrated their desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by D.C.37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization, And the parties having further stipulated that the titles of Human Resources Aide, Human Resources Technician, Senior Human Resources Technician, Human Resources Specialist Trainee, Human Re-sources Specialist, and Senior Human Resources Specialist shall be added to the unit covered in Certification CWR-66-67 (as amended);

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby, ORDERED, that Certificate CWR-66-67 be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the titles of Human Resources Aide, Human Resources Technician, Senior Human Resources Technician, Human Resources Specialist Trainee, Human Resources Specialist, and Senior Human Resources Specialist.
