Cert.)] OFFICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BOARD OF CERTIFICATION - - - - - - - - — - - - - - — - - - - - X In the Matter of DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO Decision No. 67-69 -and-Docket No. RU-81-68 THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - — - - - - - — - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION An agreement for determination of representative by checkoff having been executed by the parties herein, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that a majority of the Hospital Care Investigators (52342) and those employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated thereto and a majority of the Senior Hospital Care Investigators (52343), Supervising Hospital Care Investigators (52344), Principal Hospital Care Investigators (52345), and those employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated thereto, employed by the City of New York, have demonstrated their desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization,

And the parties having further stipulated that Hospital Care Investigators and Rule X employees equated thereto shall be added to the unit of non-supervisory social service and related employees covered by Certificate CWR-66-67 (as amended), and that Senior Hospital Care Investigators, Supervising Hospital Care Investigators, Principal Hospital Care Investigators, and Rule X employees equated thereto shall be added to the unit of supervisory social service and related employees covered by Certificate CWR-70-67 (as amended), NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certificate CWR-66-67 be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include Hospital Care Investigators (52342) and those employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated thereto, and that Certificate CWR-70-67 be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include Senior Hospital Care Investigators (52343), Supervising Hospital Care Investigators (52344), Principal Hospital Care Investigators (52345), and those employees in restored Rule X titles who are serving in positions equated to the cited Rule XI titles.
