RU-114-69 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK -----------------------------------x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties herein having agreed that the Junior Air Pollution Laboratory Maintainers employed by the City of New York should be added to and become part of a unit of Air Pollution Laboratory Maintainers for which the Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (9 NYCDL #25); and it appearing that the said Junior Air Pollution Laboratory Maintainers have demonstrated their desire to be represented by Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification 9 NYCDL #25, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Junior Air Pollution Laboratory Maintainer, subject to existing contracts if any.
