RU-106-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having stipulated, in writing, that the recently created titles of REAL ESTATE AIDE and REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT shall be added by accretion to the unit covered by Certificate CWR-56-67 presently covering Real Estate Managers, Relocation Aides, and Relocation Assistants, the cited Certificate being presently held by the Union; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certificate CWR-56-6.7 (as amended by Decision 5-69), be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of REAL ESTATE AIDE and REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT.
