RU-100-69, -and- RU-101-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK (RU-101-B-69) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION An agreement for determination of representative by checkoff having been executed by the parties herein, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that a majority of the Repair Aides and a majority of the Repair Crew Chiefs and Senior Repair Crew Chiefs, employed by the City of New York have demonstrated their desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by Social Service Employees Union - Local 371, D.C. 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization; And the parties having further stipulated that the title of Repair Aide shall be added to the unit of Assistant Real Estate Repairman covered by Certificate CWR-42-67, and that the titles of Repair Crew Chief and Senior Repair Crew Chief shall be added to the unit of Real Estate Repairman covered by Certificate CWR-43-67, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 0 R D E R E D , that Certificate CWR-42-67 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Repair Aide, and that Certificate CWR-43-67 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the titles of Repair Crew Chief and Senior Repair Crew Chief.
