RU-59-68 THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION An agreement for determination of representative by check-off having been executed by the parties herein, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that the Assistant Coordinator of Highway Transportation Studies employed by the City of New York has demonstrated his desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by the Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized check-off of dues in behalf of said organization, And the parties having further stipulated, subject to the approval of the Board, that said employee should become part of a unit for which Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (CWR No.15-67) consisting of engineering, architectural, and related titles, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
