RU-107-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ----------------------------------------x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties herein having stipulated that the Supervising Rent Inspector employed by the City of New York should become part of a unit for which the Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (CWR-59-67), presently consisting of Senior Rent Inspectors, Senior Rent Examiners, and Supervising Rent Examiners; and it appearing that the said employee has demonstrated his desire to be represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 0 R D E R E D, that Certification CWR-59-67 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Supervising Rent Inspector.
