RU-78-68 THE CITY OF NEW YORK --------------------------------------x 0 R D E R A self-determination election having been conducted in the above matter on July 22, 1969, pursuant to the agreement for consent election herein, and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Chief Fire Alarm Dispatchers casting valid ballots in said election have voted in favor of inclusion in the previously certified collective bargaining unit of Fire Alarm Dispatchers and Supervising Fire Alarm Dispatchers, and no objection having been filed within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that the Certification No. CWR-80-67 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Chief Fire Alarm Dispatcher.
