RU-3-68 COURT CLERKS BENEVOLENT ASSN., RU-42-68 Petitioner -and-JUDICIAL CONFERENCE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE CITY OF NEW YORK - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter on May 13, 1969, pursuant to the Decision and Direction of Election herein (Decision No. 21-69), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a collective bargaining representative has been selected, and no objections having been filed by any of the parties within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that New York State Court Clerks Association, having been designated and selected as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining by a majority of the employees casting valid ballots in the election, said New York State Court Clerks Association is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all employees of the Judicial Conference of the State of New York throughout the Unified Court System within the City of New York in the titles of Court Clerk I, Court Clerk II, Surrogate's Court Clerk I, and Surrogate's Court Clerk II (including specialties).
