RU-36-68 and RU-47-68 THE CITY OF NEW YORK and RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ------------------------------------------x CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE A representation election and a self-determination election having been conducted in the above matters on April 17, 1969, pursuant to the agreement for consent election herein, and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Rule XI and Rule XII Title Examiners casting valid ballots in said election have voted in favor of representation by District Council 37, and that a majority of the Senior Title Examiners, Principal Title Examiners, and Rule X Title Examiners, Grade 4, casting valid ballots in said election have voted in favor of inclusion in a combined collective bargaining unit covering all of the above-mentioned titles; and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor,
2. Decision No. 27-69 Docket Nos. RU-36-68 & RU-47-68 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Rule XI and Rule XII Title Examiners, Senior Title Examiners, and Principal Title Examiners; and all Rule X Title Examiners, Grade 4, employed by the City of New York and related public employers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Collective Bargaining DATED: New York, N.
